Nikkei 2 is a Singaporean illustrator and designer, who enjoys drawing things that are silly, sexy, fantastical, intense, or weird — as long as they feel like a punch to the face or the heart. This includes untameable hair, decorative borders, and felonious dogs.

They can be effectively summed up as a stack of rats in a trenchcoat, except unlike most rats, these ones have a Bachelor's Degree in Design Art (Visual Communication) from the Nanyang Technological University School of Art, Design and Media (NTU-ADM).

They are currently working as a creative designer at local Risograph studio Knuckles & Notch. Past notable clients include the National Gallery of Singapore, KrisFlyer, Eggslut Singapore, Epigram Books, and Our Grandfather Story (OGS).
